Transparent Windows is a utility for Windows systems that allows setting transparency levels to any window of any running application. Windows 7 and Vista include this feature natively but these transparency settings can only be accessed from the Control Panel and not by a quick access.
With the program, users will be able to assign and save fully customizable transparency levels for different applications and windows. This way the users may never have to minimize applications again; all that is required will be to press the short cut key and trigger the transparency settings to a particular window.
Actual Transparent Windows program, after it is installed, becomes available as a special icon on the right next to the “Minimize button” found on any window. When clicked it will trigger the transparency (this is also triggered by Windows + “T” key combination). When right clicked, the transparency disabling, levels and settings become available.
Furthermore, the program offers to move to another window by holding the Shift key and clicking on some item above/below. Also new settings include exclusions, plus the ability to undo/redo made changes and restore was added.
Actual Transparent Window even now supports new programs such as Office 2010 including 64 bit editions. This is why this utility is a good choice to work even faster between applications.
